A fully renovated early 1970’s bespoke home This beautiful bespoke home is now wrapped around by a freshly landscaped garden that appears to wrap around its walls. The focus centres around social living at its core, with a pull towards the outdoor element. Removing walls, we created an expanded sense of space and light in a functional and considered way. Directional lighting creates subtle focus on the beautiful craftmanship of the pitched ceiling. Using a minimal palette with white as a base, the clients art, objects and furniture. Infused personality into every facet of the space. Ultimately a place of sanctuary for the owner, the home allows a place to entertain and live. When it came to renovating this home, the client knew exactly where to start. With her favourite combination, black and white, stone and concrete, and of course timber. With handpicked artworks to complement the architecture. From start to completion, the project took 7 months, and all the tradesmen were always on time and took so much pride in their work.
